Angie McGhee was raised in the
Boones Mill area of the County, and is a graduate of Franklin
County High School. Angie attended Mary Baldwin College, where
she received her Bachelor degree in 2001. Her education only
continues as she plans to obtain her Master of Business
Administration (MBA) degree in the near future.
With prior management experience
and the opportunity to work with a real estate developer soon
after receiving her college degree, quickly spun-on her interest
in getting involved with real estate sales in 2005. ‘The rest
is history’ as they say… Angie has taken off in her real estate
career and strives to exceed her clients’ expectations daily.
With the dedication, determination, and drive to succeed in her
business endeavors - Angie knows that knowledge and
communication are essential keys to this business!
Angie utilizes every opportunity
to gain knowledge in real estate by taking courses offered by
the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®, and other real
estate schools. She is currently taking courses to obtain her
Virginia Real Estate Broker’s License. As a homeowner herself,
Angie certainly understands first-hand that she is involved in
one of the most important financial decisions of your life. “It
is very important that my clients know that I am here to help
them achieve their financial goals.”
Many people ask her what fuels
her career, her response:
“I am just a Franklin County mom
trying to make a living doing something that I enjoy! My
eagerness to learn the “ins and outs” of real estate only
grows. I take pride in what I do, while respecting my
competitors. I try to stay on top of my game, often working
late and getting up early! But it’s simple really … I think
there is something about me that is down to earth, yet
professional. As a wife and mother of three, I count my
blessings to be a part of such a dynamic industry. There is
much to be said for a business woman that portrays a sense of
independence, strength, and solid character. My career is
undoubtedly fueled by my faith, my love for people, and the
desire to make a difference.”
Angie is thankful for the local
business support and the strong relationships that have been
established since she began this adventure in 2005.
