Angie was raised in the Boones Mill area of the County, and is a graduate of Franklin County High School. Angie attended Mary Baldwin College, receiving her Bachelor degree in 2001. With prior management experience and the opportunity to work with a real estate developer soon after receiving her college degree, quickly spun-on her interest in getting involved with real estate sales in 2005. ‘The rest is history’ as they say… Angie has taken off in her real estate career with the dedication, determination, and drive to succeed in her business endeavors. There is much to be said for a business woman that portrays a sense of independence, strength, and solid character.

Jessica grew up in the Snow Creek area of Franklin County and now raises 6 kids there! After graduating high school, she studied at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). Marrying a contractor segued into signing up for real estate class; Angie hired Jessica as a new licensee, and they’ve worked together ever since! In the last decade, Jessica has helped grow the business, and now manages seller files, all team transactions from contract to close, and assists in training new agents. Jessica feels blessed to have worked with so many wonderful clients over the years!
Leslie Tucker joined our team after working with us to purchase her home at beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. She and husband Jim moved here from Winchester. Leslie enjoys spending time with her son, daughter in-law, and granddaughter as well as her Golden Retriever, Henry. She has a background in Retail Management and that experience provides her with meticulous attention to detail. Leslie has worked with all kinds of buyers in her two years with us and would love to match you to a perfect property!
Sarah Hambrick is a Florida native who moved to Franklin County in 2009. She currently resides in the Snow Creek area with her husband and 2 children. After 13 years of working in the healthcare system, Sarah decided to make a change in 2020, but her previous work provided her top communication skills and the compassion needed to truly serve others. Sarah prides herself on working closely with each client to help them have an individualized buying experience.
Andy Turner is a natural fit to Angie’s team as real estate and accounting are intertwined in many ways. He thoroughly enjoys working with buyers and sellers in his lifelong community! As the President of Turner & Co Accounting firm, Andy specializes in individual and business income tax preparation. Andy has been successful in utilizing the business modeling of accountancy to best meet the needs of his clientele. During a career that spans over two and a half decades, Andy has established his reputation for building trust, respect, and lasting relationships. Andy lives in Rocky Mount, VA where he and his wife of 26 years have raised their two sons. He is active in the community and has served on multiple not-for-profit organization boards. In his personal time, Andy enjoys canoeing and spending time at his cabin in the mountains.
Carson Parcell may be new to real estate, but he is no stranger to hospitality and service! He is well versed with our community and surrounding area, as he was born and raised right here in the Sontag area of Franklin County. Carson graduated from Franklin County High School in 2007. He went on to study at Radford University. His passion for customer service, hospitality, and his professional background landed him a Training Management position for a corporate restaurant chain, where he worked with restaurants across markets in 3 states for many years. He appreciates spending his time outdoors, especially anywhere near a body of water! He’s a proud uncle and enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Carson is a lifelong member of Rocky Mount Christian Church where he’s currently serving a term as Board Secretary there. Carson also works at Ippy’s Restaurant & Lounge where he enjoys working with customers, friends, and family. He is looking forward to serving his community in a new way and building lasting relationships with clients!
